Inventory management website (database driven) 4 page

i want a website where when the user goes they are greeted by a password protected login screen i will have 5 users to start with but will need the ability to add more they log in with their initials and a password 4 numbers or something simple once they are logged in they will see a page with 3 buttons FIND ADD REMOVE find button is used to search the inventory database add button is used to add to the database remove is used to remove we are tracking part number, quantity, location, reason and timestamp so if they click add it will take them to a form they fill out to add inventory to the database if they click remove it will take them to a form where they can choose what they are removing and if they click find it just lets them search the database for the part they are looking for this will run on a large 32" touchscreen monitor in our warehouse and workers will come and interact with the data to find inventory locations or to add new products to the inventory database or to remove / change qty when something sells or gets consumed etc the timestamp and password is just for me to know who makes what changes in case someone puts in bad data it doesnt have to be super flashy or pretty it can be basic but clean it would be ideal if data can be exported to excel (.csv) it would also be ideal if data can be imported to the database via .csv (on the backend) so i can dump the data to my pc once a month and update changes etc in batch
