Looking for a graphic designer for a Business Logo

Hi, I am looking for someone that can design a logo for my business. I would appreciate it if you have the flexibility to go back and change things if necessary, be knowledgeable in graphic design, and be active on Upwork. I will need the logo to be in different sizes and both in png/jpeg and in adobe extension( InDesign, illustrator, photoshop, etc) When you apply please send me some pictures of the work you've done or if you didn't work with someone until now, send me some pictures with ideas you had and designed. Need basketball card created to capture career stats for high school basketball player (picture, height, weight, school, class, position, steals, asst, rebs, pts) We are looking for a talented video motion graphics designer to create a lower third element that will be displayed in all of our real estate video tours. Animation is key. We want our videos to be fun yet professional. We also need to stand out from the competition. The lower third will state the Realtor's name, brokerage, contact information, their photo, their team's logo, and will be visible throughout the video tour so that the consumer can easily contact the realtor if they so wish. The second part of this lower third is a "Top 10 countdown" feature, where on one side of the lower third opposite the realtors contact info, is the number of the feature we are currently listing. For example, at the beginning of the video the number 10 will pop up and then stay for the duration of the feature, and then the number 9 will pop up when we move on to the next feature. A feature is something like "Excellent Kitchen", "Great Location", etc. So in our countdown videos, we may start with "#7 Curb Appeal", then move on to "#6 Inviting Foyer", "#5 Chef's Kitchen", "#4 Finished Basement", etc etc etc. Each video will have different requirements, and our team will need to customize the project file for each real estate tour. Our team will need either an After Effects project file, or a DaVinci Resolve file that we can edit with different contact information depending on whose video it is. However you want to go about solving this is up to you, for example each number could be a separate composition that we drag over the main Lower third comp. Up to you.
