Multiple Photoshop Website Mockup Designs

I am looking to take on a freelance designer to create mockup designs for new business websites (we need from 1 to 20 done a month). We are looking for a freelance to do this on an ongoing basis. We intend to offer a fee sample mockup design service to create new business leads. We want this freelance designer to generate an visually catching new modern updated design (based on clients old current website) with an improved design look and feel for us to present to the client as a starting point to encourage the client to sign-up for a full website build based on your sample design mockup, that will be tweaked and modified to the clients exact specifications. You will just be required to do the first round sample design mockup that we will then take and work further after the client has signed-up and showen further interest based on your initial design. We would like you to price the project on one design as this would be recurring for each sample design going forward. We would hope to target about twenty mockup designs per month. So you work would potentially be this price you quote for this project multiplied by 20 each month. Your price should reflect a bulk price of first round sample design mockups. We will agree to pay a higher price for one design in the month if we only supply you with one design. and if we give you 5 the price should reflect that up to a max of 20 projects in the month. So please price in your correspondence 1 design = 5 designs = 10 designs = 20 designs = Also note you will need to take our project overview information (on the type of style we are looking for) for each of the projects. We need these designs to be up to the standard of our in-house designs, which we have been doing for over 25 years. This is more a partner project rather than a one off project and the price needs to reflect this. Thanks
