I am looking for a t-shirt designer who is proficient in illustrator and photoshop, who is familiar with typography and understands graphic design elements that work well on text based and simple and semi-complex graphic t-shirts.
I will be giving the chosen designer niches, memes, quotes, sayings, and other t-shirt examples I want a variation of and expect 3-5 text-based and simple graphic + text based shirts per hour depending on the complexity of the design.
I will pay $3-$7 dollars an hour depending on experience and skill and how many designs can be created per hour.
You must be able to communicate well with me, be able to be creative and have an eye for great fonts, layouts, color combinations, and you need to be consistent, reliable, and always check for correct grammar and spelling, and should have a good grasp on the english language. If you have experience creating designs for the USA market, that is a big plus.
I prefer premium fonts like distressed, grunge, outlined, decorative, block lettering, and other specialty mixed together.
All designs must be delivered in .png format, 300 dpi and 4500 x 5400 pixels. Absolutely no copied or stolen designs, artwork, vectors, or anything else will be tolerated. All fonts and design elements must be commercial free, and I will also provide you with fonts and graphics I have purchased for my own use.
I will give you a paid test project or two to see what you can do, and if I like your style then we can start part time and work up to full time. If you are fast and good at what you do then this could be stable long term work 5-7 days a week.

I have read your entire description of the project. I am interested in going long term with you on this assignment. I have always preferred long term collaborations to short term.
However, i do not know how you want to make it work with a scope of project of 250-750 ... when you want to pay hourly rates... need to clarify.
I also do not understand why you prefer PNG output for t-shirts instead of vector graphics ... wasn't vector the preferred format for plotting ?
My availability is high. However, i can not go lower than 12 bucks/hour of work. In an hour's work i can output up to 6-7 designs similar to what you sent as examples. However, i wouldn't like to feel stressed and compremise quality on any given theme and model.
I think it is best to have a chat and tryout and not spend time in vain assuming. Please initiate chat and we can take it from there. Ignore posted bid for now... I do not think the project is right, it should be an hourly project in order to determine your terms better.
