You will by following these instructions: 1) Build the framework of the main page and study the old website. Here is the link for the old website that we will be re designing: [login to view URL] 2) You can use all the existent literature to fulfill the new website. 3) We need a new logo, and that I will be creating another milestone for it in addition to the 150 that you are getting for this design. 4) The main idea of this new website is to have people that need quick cash to sell their houses to the website company fast to convert leads and to get their contact information. 5) The website could be two ways, and I need your help with experience as a developer to make it the best it can be. The two options follows: i) Home page could be a funnel that solely generate leads on people facing foreclosures. ii) The home page could be a one page website that has sections regarding each page of the old website, like home, services, feature properties, investors, similarly to the feature companies in the Adobe Communications website. 6) Try to make a blinking arrow that pulls down the page towards where we want the user to look at to continue the interaction with the website. 7) You can use new colors fonts to make it trendy, modern and update. 8) You must provide your graphic design service that we will be paying you for the ($50.00) and use all logos, icons and whatever you feel like you can design to make this website a beast. 9) We want a section with customer testimonials. 10) We need a contact form that works similarly to the other one we made for me in php. So, the website must be responsive with bootstrap and must work on mobile devices etc.... you are allowed to use your own pictures, or let me know if u need help with pictures for the homes etc.... I can always get it with Adobe Stock. 11) If possible a video background behind the "Need Cash Fast" with two people confirming the agreement "like hands shaking" of a successful sale of their house or something like that...
