Senior Graphic Designer & Image Photo Document Editing

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Desktop Publisher who must be able to create, edit and publish a wide variety of imagery and graphics (from print to digital) for multiple mediums including infographics, website graphics, social graphics, email graphics and photo retouching. The candidate is also responsible for the design, layout and production of sales tools and customer facing collateral such as brochures, white paper, presentations, website content and other sales tools used by the commercial organization. This role will also be leading product photography development, photo shoots and post production. A key responsibility will be to own, manage and audit all marketing communications photography worldwide.
The Graphic Designer & Desktop Publisher will report directly to the Director, Marketing Communications. This position is located in Raritan, NJ.
The Responsibilities
Design, imagery selection, layout and production of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
Digital image production of new and maintenance of graphics for Global Marketing including infographics.
Layout materials for global rollout such as brochures, customer presentations, white papers and case studies.
Collect, organize, inventory, catalog all graphics and photography (corporate, brand and product, infographics, stock imagery.)
Catalog and maintain all templates for global use (email headers, social media imagery and collateral templates.)
·Manage on-site and off-site photo shoots.
Fast-paced design work utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to effectively translate strategic concepts and campaign ideas into visual design solutions.
Understanding of digital production for web, email, and interactive PDF.
The Individual
7+ years in B2B experience required.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Diagnostic, Pharma, Medical Device experience preferred.
Demonstrated global experience required.
Web coding experience a plus but not required.
Advertising/Media Agency experience a plus.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong design and color sense.
Proficient in Creative Suite (Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects) and Microsoft office.
Good time management skills, must be able to meet deadlines.
