A video sharing platform

I need a platform where people can upload and watch videos. Kind of like a youtube type site. It should have a section where I can add categories. It should have a section where I can see the most watched video within that category. It should have a section for a profile for the video uploader. It should be an account based site (people have to sign in to access it). It should have a system where people can upload regular document files such as word and powerpoint files with the video. I should have a system where you can have live streaming and only people with a specific code can see the live stream. It needs to be aesthetic and very modern looking.
