Website layout using wpbakery on dokan

We need someone who can layout a very very visually appealing clean site. Somewhat similar to [login to view URL] We have a colour scheme chosen and quite a few available images. We are using dokan on WordPress utilising the woodmart theme (woocommerce & bootstrap). We need a visually catching main page and with access to geolocation (included in dokan) for nearby farms. The ability to add farms easily using dokan ie the layout and design of the site had to be as simple clean and easy to navigate as possible. Essentially it will be the main page, a page for why farmers should join as well as the form to join, a page for why buyers should join and a sign up form . both signups should have oauth for facebook and Google (already connected). A page for farmers to easily add their farm and products. Shouldn't be too hard, might need a stock picture or two to make it look fantastic and is mostly just layout/look and feel.
