HTML 5 - Choose Your Own Adventure Game

Ahoy There,
We are looking to build an HTML 5 Game for marketing, the idea behind the game is to play in our 80s brand design, and we would like to create a dungeon and dragons turn-based game.
The game is a choose-your-own-adventure; there will be roughly 20-25 questions with 1. question per screen, with one answer progressing you through the game, the wrong choice to your demise.
We want successful winners to get a coupon code emailed to them, which is how we will secure prospect emails.
10% if they lose emailed to them
50% if they win emailed to them.
The team and I have put together 4 example screens to sell the idea for quotation purposes, hopefully.
