I currently use Google Sheets to catalog our payment information and customer information, both for book-keeping purposes and for coaches to view class rosters including
| Student's name | Parent's name | Email Address | followed by columns for each month filled in with the amount they paid.
I currently update this by hand and am hoping there is a way to populate this format I have created with information from our our Wordpress/Woocommerce Website.
If possible I would like to be able to:
-Sort the raw payment information these sources give (.csv) and filter it into the appropriate spots, whether that's different "tabs" per coach or separate sheets entirely.
-Automatically Create Weekly Attendance rosters based on active students (2 or fewer months behind) for coaches to mark.
-Automatically Send Weekly Mass Emails based on the active roster, different mass email each week.
-Automatically populate a positive or negative indication of completion of a certain Form(s) on the appropriate coaches roster based on email address
-Automatically Send a monthly mass reminder email about due payments for variable amounts listed out on a coaches roster, sent only to emails with no payment recorded.
