Most buyers using apple iPhones and iPads are experience problems when submitting an order. They enter there info and press submit but receive no response and the cart is cleared. On our SQL database these orders still appear in the cart and do not move over to orders. This problem does not occur on windows or galaxy OS. The chat problem is similar where the user opens a new session but receives a blank screen and never sees the responding chat. This chat error began after the server was converted from HTTP:// over to HTTPS:// and may need to be re-installed. Our site is ASP/SQL/VB and responsive code.
