Fullscreen HTML5 photo gallery with back-end for loading images

I need a clean fullscreen responsive HTML5 photo gallery front-end with a simple back-end way to load images. Images in the gallery need titles and subtitles attached, and I should be able to choose in which corner the title/subtitle will appear (top left, top right, bottom left or bottom right). Images should also have a popup option for a longer caption. Images in the gallery must display in a random order each time the page is loaded. Gallery should have an "autoplay" feature that will automatically cycle through images, as well as navigation buttons for pause/play/previous/next images. I also want the gallery to be able to have a "ken burns effect" and/or fade animation display/transition option that can be easily enabled or disabled. I also need to be able to create sub-galleries.
I currently have my own HTML5 photo gallery which works well, but I have to manually load each image into the gallery using HTML code which is exhausting since I have TONS of photographs I want to put into different albums/galleries. I want to be able to upload multiple images at a time and have them automatically populate into the gallery I choose.
