I am looking for an experienced artist to illustrate a graphic version of my “fairy tales.” The 5 stories I’ve chosen are abstracted from my published book, The Crone’s Tales: Fables for New Times, and feature typical fairy- and folk-tale characters (e.g. princesses, peasants, kings, queens, and the crone herself). I estimate we’ll need approximately 250 panels, black and white, depicting a variety of panoramas, small groups, talking heads, etc. in a representational style that appeals to young and new adult readers. Please include samples of your relevant work and indicate whether you can provide lettering.
