Book (novel) cover illustration

I am re-branding my novel and want a design on the front that would distinguish "my" brand (if I do a series). See the cover matter in upload. I am changing the title, but don't know what it is yet. You would need it, to include in the illustration. For now, though.... The story features six months in the life of a centrist church located in High Dunes, Michigan, on the shores of Lake Michigan. The turning point for the minister, the main character, is a near death experience from a drowning (baptism).Their first female minister of 12 years, her congregation fights over hiring a gay (this is the 1980s) man who calls himself "married." The minister secretly involves herself in a love affair with a parishioner (forbidden by church codes). The Spirit is at work to redeem this big mess, by changing hearts and minds in the congregation, while the minister changes her concept of faith after she sees heaven in her near-death. I'm telling you all this so you might get a feel. I see sort of a collage of the forbidden (two men holding hands, her and her love interest holding hands on one side of a divide (a jagged line?) On the other it shows the church building with the lake in the background and a sign in front of the church that reads: "Open and Affirming of All God's People" People of all ages and ethnicities are gathered around the sign. OH, and the minister has a boxer dog who is by her side.
