Update of tattoo art previously generated

Job Description:
I have a piece of art that is quite dear to me that I would like updated. It was a drawing that I had done for me that it was intending to make into a tattoo and have as of yet not been able to do that. I have not found a tattoo artist that would sign on to the deal with many worrying about color bleed and the like. There are also a couple small issues with the drawing that I would like addressed.
1.) I would like to see this entire image take on a more new school type of style. That is much more so for certain aspects than others but overall I would like that to be the theme.
2.) The large trout holding the guitar is the primary piece of this image that I would like to be fully new school style. Also trout currently looks like a frog a bit too much and would like that updated so that while cartoony and anthropomorphized it's still captures the essence of a trout. Perfect world someone be would be able to capture what is known as the cuttyrainbrown trout imagine by Hank Patterson in his short film to do with the same subject matter. Short of that I think a rainbow trout style would be nice.. I also want the guitar as well as the fence holding the guitar to be a bit more updated to be a bit more digital in the sense of appearing like fingers within the fins if you will instead of just fins. The guitar I would like it stylized after is a Taylor 914 CE.
3.) You can see where the man has the fish hooked and is fighting him in the river where the fish comes out of the river the splash is meant to appear to be in the shape of ahimsa symbol with hey Buddha sitting on a lotus as well as a ohm symbol embedded in that hand. All of this is supposed to appear as the ripples created by the fish jumping from the river. A very difficult request to make and very detailed but that's the image that I have in my mind. I am open to losing some of the things that I mentioned are in the palm the Buddha and the lotus or the home symbol for instance if that makes the capturing of the overall symbol being the ripples from the river versus something that is overlaid on top of the river.
4.) There is a building in the back left of the drawing which is right behind the man holding the bear cub in front of the larger bear that's in the river that is meant to capture the spirit of an earthship. These are buildings that were created in New Mexico by Mike Reynolds in the 1970s and are a completely sustainable structure which you can grow food in and are basically carbon neutral. I would like that building to be a bit more obvious or exaggerated. You can see the artists that created this image did a decent job capturing the greenhouse which is in the front of any of these sorts of buildings and I just would like an accentuation or a further development of that attempt.
5.) The gumball dispenser is an inside joke and would like it to be part of the piece but become more new schooly
6.) The dogs in the river I do have direct pictures of the dogs that they actually are representing and I would like them to be captured as closely as possible.
7.) The man in the river is a picture of me obviously greyed out with the face which is fine but I'd like that to be maintain its appearance..
8.) The sign which is on the left hand side of the image directly below the trout needs to stay in that general location and the details on it need to stay the same.
9.) The Man standing on the Rock is meant to imitate the cover of A River runs through It and you can see the line coming off of that fishing rod that is being cast goes all the way around the image and hooks into the fish holding the guitar. I like that and would like to keep that overall aesthetic but it can be improved. On that rock I am that I am is written
10.) The eagles and the man and bears - more new schooly but they need to be maintained in the image.
