My goal is to ensure that once rankings are attained on the website; they do not significantly drop from Google’s search index. The following is an outline of expectations and goals. If you feel you are eligible, please send a bid, work samples and references : support@zenklaw.com.

1) Define Landing Pages for Each Keyword

I want a relevant set of keywords associated with one specific page on the website. This serves two purposes. First, this tells the search engines that the page is relevant to the keyword that it’s linked to. Second, the page will be relevant when a visitor lands on the web page. This ensures a clear message-to-market match and reduces web site abandonment and bounce rate.

2) Optimization Implementation

On-page optimization, adding additional copy to support the main call to action for a given keyword phrase on the page. I want to ensure Google is able to determine which page to show for which keyword search. There are several on-page factors you will modify such as title tags, meta-tags, h1 tags and alt tags. On-page factors are part of the "big SEO picture" that will help the site obtain optimum rankings.

3) Review Stars/Schema Optimization

This job will include reviewing stars and optimizing them. I want to optimize testimonial pages by incorporating those testimonials throughout the website.

4) Social Media Profile Setup

Social media websites including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Plus - should be optimized for main keywords and branding. This position will include monthly new content posting to Facebook, Linked In and the website.

5) Blogging/Content Marketing

As you already should know, search engines (not just Google) reward websites with top rankings when they regularly produce fresh, quality website content. Each month, you will develop a content marketing plan at a rate of two blog posts each month. This is an ongoing process that is critical to a successful SEO campaign. I will supply the material for the blogs and you will post them.

You will develop topics to write about and send them to me for approval at the start of each month to ensure the topics are within the core services I want to promote online. This strategy should ensure the website will consistently receive a steady source of targeted and qualified prospects. Again, I will then provide material for the blogs and you will post to Facebook, website and Linked In.

6) Google Analytics Programming/Monthly Progress reports

Once the initial setup and programming is complete, you will send me a report of the current standing in the search engines. You then run these reports every 30 days for the length of the campaign to monitor the website rankings and the progress of the sites. These reports will be delivered via email.

• Monthly Ranking Report

A snapshot of my current rankings month over month.

• Overview Comparison Report

This report gives me an overall snapshot of the website statistics compared to the previous month and includes visual representations and percentages of increases or decreases in a variety of important site metrics.

• Geographical Traffic and Goal Conversion Reports

I’m interested in the location of the visitors that are arriving on the site. Each month, you will send reports indicating the exact location where the visitors are coming from.

• Click Through/Keyword Report

Google no longer shares keyword data, but I want to identify the number of people who clicked through to the website and the number of searches performed each month for related keywords.

• Popular Web Pages Report

I want a report that identifies the top pages on the website that generated the most traffic. (If I am seeing large quantities of traffic for a particular blog post, we’ll know to create additional blog posts around related keywords to capture more traffic and leads.)

• Goal Conversion - Traffic Report

This report identifies which traffic sources converted into leads.
