Research and Analyze Mobile Quiz Website Revenue Sources and Lead Development of Similar Site

Hey there! I'm Michael, CEO of SwiftGen.com. We are a digital marketing agency specializing in influencer driven traffic. We work with many different websites driving mobile impressions to their niched sites. Pushing traffic to these sites has been SwiftGen's flagship vertical for the last 1-2 years. After learning the ropes and mastering the skills and techniques needed to effectively push traffic to quiz styled sites, we're looking to create our own quiz site. We need someone knowledgeable and experienced to lead this charge, and that's what we need you for! We're looking for someone who can execute the following: Fully Optimize Revenue Sources: 1) Analyze specific websites given to you to determine which ad networks they use 2) Have the ability to know what it'll take to get accepted into these networks & execute it Personally Develop or Manage Outsourced Development of Website Infrastructure: 1) Be able to setup an infrastructure that will allow us to build out everything needed for the site and properly scale when needed 2) Be able to replicate a very specific website design and quiz flow given to you 3) Make the website look pretty :) Operate as Virtual CTO Overseeing the Website and Revenue Operations: 1) Ability to be on standby to fulfill any duties needed in the future as we scale our website to the moon! (Note that we're pushing traffic almost exclusively on mobile so mobile optimization in everything you do is key) DISCLAIMER We have high expectations, we change course constantly, we solve problems by doing more with less, and the problems are challenging to put it lightly. Our team at SwiftGen has pushed tens of millions of page views a month for our past clients and is capable of doing the same for this site as long as you have the abilities to develop the site to our exact specifications and work with the ad networks necessary to match the revenue per page view of the websites that we've worked with.
