Salesperson for an Online Career Coaching Business

I am working as a Career Coach, helping my clients to find their ideal occupation. It can be clients that are currently employed but unhappy with their situation or clients that have quit their job and looking for something new. To this end I have created a 12 week program (in addition to offering invdiviudal sessions). I want to increase my sales, i.e. find more clients. That's what I need a salesperson for since I am not a marketing expert and not very excited to learn and do everything myself related to marketing and sales. I can provide content/material for marketing (e.g. text, pictures, graphics, diagrams). We can talk about different tools and ways to reach potential customers. I value a good personal relationship, honesty and open communication. The work is provision-based, i.e. you will get paid for every sale and will be completely free how to go about it.
