Spanish Speaker Digital Acquisition Specialist (PPC, SEO) - 2 months

Digital guru? Love what you do and do what you love! We are looking for immediate support to maximise our brand presence across all online channels, identify, test and develop new site enhancements to meet digital conversion and traffic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of campaigns across a wide range of digital channels with an emphasis on driving high-quality users to support aggressive growth goals;
- Recommendations on quick improvements, medium changes and longer term strategy;
- Obsess over the tracking and measurement of conversion effectiveness, including marketing attribution, KPI’s and ROI of marketing spend through all channels;
- Share digital acquisition reports across the business;
- Identify trends and insights, set up A/B tests and optimize spend and performance based on these insights;
- Work with content creators to create powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors;
- Manage PPC campaigns through agencies: Monitor budgets, overseeing search platform accounts, tracking KPIs and produce useful reports for management;
- Monitor emerging technologies and competitors;
- Ensure acquisition targets for all digital platforms are met within the agreed budget requirements;
- Work closely with the content producers to ensure content is optimised before it is published;
- Review of current agency activity
Experience:
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, landing pages, managing SEO/SEM
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Fluent in English and native/near native Spanish
