Background: I have a web application (SaaS) for Test Project Management, that I try to market & sell. I the intention is to do so by B2B Email marketing. For that, I need to build an Email send-list. Project: The goal for the Project is to help me building this Email send-list targetting SW individuals working for small and medium SW development companies, typically in a role of developer, project manager or test leader. What tasks actually needed to achieve the goal can be discussed, e.g. managing a lead-magnet, placing ads on social media, etc. Please quote with an indication of fixed or monthly cost. Also, please relate to the expected results (number of Emails) and expected needed timeline. Other: If the freelancer can offer cost-effective Email sending and follow-up, that could also be of interest, else I do that myself.
