Thingsboard configuration and custom dashboard

Need to setup thingsboard server or similar, configure as per requirement and development of custom dashboard.
We need something very simple for testing pre-production just for few prototypes.
Our devices are light beacons working with UDP, using the module SimCom Y7080E based in NB-IoT.
The device sends one message when turns on, one every few seconds, and the last one after turn it off.
The message has information about GPS, time, and others.
