Back-End Specialist Required for MVP Enhancement of an iOS Dating/Friendship App

We are seeking an adept Back-End Developer to refine and optimize our iOS dating/friendship application. Constructed over a span of four months by a previous agency, the app is now poised for its MVP stage but requires essential enhancements in its back-end structure.
Following a code review by an expert, we've come to the conclusion that the app requires improvement for a seamless MVP launch. We currently have a proficient front-end developer on board, who has significantly improved the app's performance, but our goal is to complement his skills with a strong back-end expertise to fully realize our market release aspirations.
Primary Requirement:
• Solid expertise in back-end development with a focus on enhancing performance, security, and scalability
• Proficiency with AWS, PHP, JavaScript, Twilio, Location Services and MySQL
• The capacity and patience to reconstruct and revise existing code with minimal documentation available
• Reliable and responsive
Preferred Skills:
• Foundational knowledge of front-end development and an understanding of creating an optimal user experience
• Experience in developing sophisticated matching algorithms for dating apps
