Update my iOS app and get it approved on the App Store

I currently have an app on the App Store called "hmu." (hmu with a period at the end). This is the link to the app: [login to view URL] I want to make 21 new changes to the app in this new update. Please go through the attached document so that you can understand these features in detail. Some features are small such as changing formatting. But there are also some big features, like adding a group chat and making the app dark mode compatible. Please download the app, use it a little, and make sure that you are able to add all the features explained in the document. Important: - The app is written in objective c code so you need to be able to use objective c. - The app uses the opentok api so you must have experience with opentok. - Be able to make the app dark mode compatible, add a group chat feature, and sync users' contacts. Please go through the attached document that explains all the 21 new features in detail and make sure that you can add all of the features. Please respond to this job post with the word "boss" so that I know that you read this whole thing. Also, my budget for this project is $450 so please make your proposal for $450 or else I will not read your proposal. Also, in your proposal, please explain to me if you have experience building any of the features that I want to add to the app, such as group chat and inviting contacts. I do not do any upfront payment, and I only pay once the new version of the app is approved by Apple on the App Store, so if this is not fine with you then do not apply. I need this update to be completed and accepted by Apple in 10 days maximum, so please make sure you can do this before applying. You must have experience with opentok api, objective c, and adding push notifications.
