Japanese Translator for Video Captions & Editing Final Files

We have recently opened our Japanese online store selling health and wellness products. [login to view URL] We require a Japanese Translator to watch and listen to a series of Videos in English and write down the script in a document for captions in Japanese. Videos range between 1 - 10 minutes long. THEN you must be able to edit the video files to insert the Captions on the video. The Video MUST be able to be edited by us after you have completed it, in case we require changes on the raw file later on. Please tell us what program you will be using for this task. Must be fluent to communicate with us in English (written and verbal), and translate accurately in Japanese (written). We are looking for someone to work quickly on tasks and provide outcomes within a reasonable amount of time. Please provide an example of your previous similar video work.
