I'm looking to get an idea as to the cost of the following project. I won't likely be selecting a service provider at this time, but instead will do so within the next few months, after we work through all the legal hassles on this end.
What I need is a "clone" of worldwinner.com. Please take a good and thorough look at the site. The design of the site and games will be different then [url removed, login to view], but will be similar in concept and complexity. It'll be a site where users can register and login to play games of skill vs other registered users for either play money or real money. The users will be able to deposit and withdrawal money using paypal, neteller, firepay, or credit cards. I'll need you to design approximately 20 different games. For the purpose of this bid, assume that you'll be designing all the games identical to those you see on the site. The actual games will differ slightly, but should be close in complexity. Bids can be adjusted as needed when you're given the list of actual games that are to be designed.
I'll need full frontend and backend capabilities. It should be easy for an administrator to login and change what tournaments and wager amounts are allowed for each game.
I'll also need an affiliate program created whereas other sites can promote ours and receive a portion of the profits. So if one site sends us three players, there needs to be some method of tracking the money our site earns from each of those players, as a portion of that profit will return to the appropriate affiliate. There should also be somewhere for affiliates to login to in order to receive tracking statistics as to how much revenue is being generated from their referals.
As I said, take a very thorough look at their site and get back to me with your best bid. I'd like to develop a good long term relationship here as I'm sure I'll need new games created for the site in the future, as well as adjustments to the site periodically.
