I am looking for a freelancer who can create a test coverage badge generated from the JaCoCo report. The ideal candidate has experience with Java, Gradle Multi-projects, Github Actions, and JaCoCo. The test coverage badge should be automatically updated in the [login to view URL], after Github Actions successful builds the `main` branch or on pull requests to the `main` branch.
