I am looking for a partner with a business focus on:
- Google/Bing/Yandex/Baidu advertising
- Google/Bing/Yandex/Baidu SEO
We look for a partnership like
you provide:
- development expertise in Java/Spring, TypeScript/Angular/nativeScript
- development resources
- BusinessAnalyst with UI expertise to write UserStories with exceptional UX in mind
- TechLead full-stack to manage the team
This offer is ideal for those who offer SEO and paid Ads on google and bing. Since you can resell later to your clients.
On beginning:
- max 1 developer fulltime (max 40h weekly)
- 20% BA (8h weekly) in the first months, later maybe 10-15% (4-6h weekly)
- 10% techLead shall be with developer background, later maybe 15-20%
later:
- depending on the business growth, probably a lot more
we provide:
- payment of the resources by your prime costs (0% profit margin)
- lifetime access by our prime costs to the new product for marketing Ads & SEO for your company or company group
- agreement for lifetime access to all other features you have worked on by our prime-costs
- recurring affiliate commission on our product sold to your clients 10% on the EBITDA
If interested, share us your experiences on:

- angular/nativeScript or react/reactNative or alternative solution available on ALL devices (desktop + mobile)
As you can assume we require a highly skilled team.

FAQ:
- do you have any reference app, specification, wireframe or design?
cannot be shared now, after NDA + IP it will be shared to you!
- How will the project proceed (hourly, weekly, monthly)?
We will find an agreement, based on task level with estimates and mutually agreed with techlead, BAs, developers and us.
Therefore we require also a tech lead to also manage the tasks. Afterwards the tasks will be assigned to the developer(s) and BA(s)
So a planning will be done upfront and thus a daily/weekly/monthly plan is available
- Affiliate commission conditions
As soon as the payment is Non-repudiation and non refundable paid and on bank account (after stripe/paypal releases), we typically require 3-6 weeks for the affiliate payment. The commission will be paid on accumulated on monthly basis.

Project durations
- for a MVP: max 3 months
- for final v1.0: 6-9 months
- we look only for partnerships with mutliple years agreement
Do you have any specific APIs to integrate?
Yes, but the discussion, specs writing and integration will be part of the process. Therefore the BAs and the TechLeads
Any Libs and Frameworks?
yes, Java17 for backend with springboot
