Search and Match "Keywords" from local folders

I have around 7+ years experience in Java/J2EE development. I have experience in both frontend tech stack (HTML,CSS,ExtJS, Dojo, d3.js, AngularJS,NodeJS,ExpressJS and Javascript) and J2EE tech (Struts, Spring, JSF etc), DB like (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL server,PostgreSQL MongoDB) I have lots of experience with REST API, JSON programming and XML programming also. I can build this using Java,Spring and JQuery

I can make standalone app to scan all files at specific place , extract the data, and search for this info in destination directories, shown results in grid with filters. I can't make this application without any installation. If I will make Java application, you will need install Java machine. Or I can include it to app installer. PERL is not preinstalled to Windows by default too. I do not understand how to make this app for Windows using Java or Perl without any installation. I do not know .NET. I do not know how to make panels using Shell Scripts. I can store the results into Excel sheet. If you really need Excel. If you can agree with CSV-file, it is simpler. I need more detailed requirements. I reviewed the screenshot attached, and I have too many questions. Some of them: - Need a small add panel to add this criteria. What is "Match directory", how to use it? - Add filters to view a specific range of data. What is first "Time"? What is second "Time"?
