Two (almost) independent Android Apps -- 2

1.) The first App is supposed to display a variable list. It shall show an icon, a title and a button for each list entry. The button should open a website in the default browser set by the user. The variable list should refresh itself periodically and everytime the app starts. The list itself with its contents should get downloaded from a website (for example in form of an .xml document or .json or .rss it really doesnt matter). If possible: If the user clicks on one of the buttons on the list and the webbrowser opens, it is guaranteed that the website will immediately try to download a file onto the phone of the user. The App should, if possible, redirect the downloaded file to a specified folder. Therefore, it is of course neccessary to use the File-Permissions of the Android Operating System. If neccessary, the Button to download the specified file should NOT open the default android browser and instead simply download the file from the foreign server, if this is needed to store the file in a custom folder (not in the downloads folder). 2.) The second App will probably also require the File-Permissions on Android. There should be a button in the app, which upon clicking, opens the default file manager in the exact folder, the other app previously stored the downloaded file in. The user shall click on the downloaded file. Upon doing so a popup with two instructions shows up (we will talk about this in detail after proposal). The popup message has a countdown timer of 10sec. After the time runs up, the user can close the popup. The file that got downloaded by the other app and then selected by the user in this app is a .apk file. Now, this app, the second app, will try to install the downloaded .apk. The user shall press install. After successfull installation, the app will create a copy of the downloaded and then installed app. This installed replica app is only accessible within the app we want you to code for us. (for an example: download "parallel space" from play store and then press on "add another app", choose "incognito app". There, install an app. As you will see, the app is installed and useable, but ONLY within the "second App" itself. The installed app is not on the phone directly. This is what we want!). After successful installation of the app and production of a replica which is only accessible within the "second App", the original App, still installed on the phone should get uninstalled. The user shall press uninstall on the pop-up-uninstall window. Also, of course, the downloaded apk file should get deleted (by the user if neccessary). Bonuses: If the user refuses to uninstall the app installed on the phone itself even after being asked by the "second App" to do so, the first and the second app should get locked. The user will only be able to use them again, once the app on the phone itself gets uninstalled. The user should get notified to do so. BOTH Apps should have automatic checks for updates. They shall compare their current version with the version listed in the database and if neccessary tell the user to download the newest version (conveniently using a button to download the latest version) Disclaimer: Hour prices are variable/discussable.
