Website Design - Responsive Layout - repost

Hi everyone. I’ve a job in hands and I need someone with a good skills of HTML, CSS3 (media queries), Javascript, Responsive layouts. I already have the mockups of the websibe, but I need someone to code it for me, because we are a small team and need of an extra hand. To clarify the project here is the information that you will need and the work that I want you to do: * I will provide you this template (with this template you have 80%-90% of the work already done): [login to view URL] * All mockups will are here: [login to view URL] * Responsive bottom chat (HTML+CSS+ any JS that you may need). This is basicaly the 10%-20% of the work that you really need to do :). Every page should work and looks good in the most common web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Android, Iphone, Tablets, Windows mobile, etc). Who is available for this job?
