This project includes bundling the SAP UI5 web components into a single javascript file that can be imported into an HTML file.
<script src="[login to view URL]" type="text/javascript"></script>
As it stands, users must use Node and NPM to download the UI5 web component modules to use them. The result is that the user ends up with node modules instead of individual .js files.
Therefore, the task is to first do the above. Get all of the included u5 modules through node/npm. Then, using other technologies (for example Browserify), combine all of the available UI5 web component modules into a single javascript file that can be imported and used in projects. It is important that the result is a single js file that can be loaded anywhere.
After doing so, create a "hello world" .HTML file using several components (avatar group, date picker, message strip, and shell bar) to demonstrate that it is working.
e.g.,
<ui5-date-picker id="myDatepicker1"></ui5-date-picker>
In the file, demonstrate that at least three callback events are working (for example, a javascript alert when pressing a UI5 button).
Along with your "hello world" HTML file, produce documentation that lists all the steps taken to do the above, so that it can be recreated by others on the team. This can be a video if you prefer. You can visit the SAP UI5 web components site to see all of the components and the documentation. This is likely a 10-minute project for the experienced developer.
