3d city Web Client with Nodejs

Good morning, I’m interested in creating some tools for query abilities for an existing 3d city Web client implemented in nodejs (Cesium for visualizing the 3d city and the data is stored in a postgresql database.) The system is functional, mostly intended for public use and some improvements and additions are needed. So the features I would like are: 1) A checkbox (or buttons) for appearance/disappearance of the results of a query performed in postgresql and forwarded in cesium. The query should be called at a separate function after the init functions at a later point in time. 2) Upon clicking on a building (selecting it) the media belonging to it (pdf, or jpg ) should appear in the side panel and if double clicking on the corresponding media they should appear in a pop up window. The paths for the media files are stored in the database, and the query to retrieve the exists. 3) upon clicking on a building, retrieving a specific field from the database (numeric), and show it on the right panel in a label/textbox and also in a form of a gauge or something little more visually attractive. The database is in amazon aws.
