I have safety observations from my safety officer I am want to create software that can keep the record of all observation and the software must be able to forward the newly added observation to the concern person so that it can be informed and closed soon. Also the software must be able to keep the status of the observation and able to generate reports. The concern persons should have access ti the application so that once the observation is closed, the concern person can be updated the status. The application should be stand alone program with online database. I am also planning to add more features in this software once finished.
