Javascript widget to display an HTML table of data from public API JSON calls

I need a developer to help on a project for a client. Your deliverables will be two Javascript widgets that my team can embed on our client's website to display an HTML table of data. The data will come from calling a public API and be returned in JSON format (link below). You'll need to make a call to return an array, use those results to make another call, do some manipulation/sorting of the data, and then output it to an HTML table. My designers will handle the CSS styling.

Basically, we need to find all IX facilities within a certain latitude and longitude range. For example, around Chicago:

Look up all of those facilities to get their details:

Look up the details for the IX’s in those facilities:
[login to view URL]
We’ll need to also look up networks in those IX's:
[login to view URL]
Probably will need to compare some results and remove duplicates.
Then display the resulting lists of facilities and networks with their address or name and the number of IX’s in that facility or network. The tables would be would be sorted appropriately. See attached screenshot for the two tables. Also, here is the front-end page of an example facility showing a typical (on the high end) number of exchanges and networks for a facility: [login to view URL]
We need the tables to be provided as javascript widgets that can be embedded on any webpage.
