load js file at runtime from view controller sapui5

Job Description:
In a simple sapui5 app a js file has to be loaded at runtime. The content of the js file is saved in the backend via odata and fetched from the backend via odata. The service allready exist . Only create the app in eclipse or webide with js view and in the controller include the function via sap.ui.define. The file not staticly exist in the project tree.
