Reward program android app and site

The project is to build a reward program app supporting multiple stores. Basic idea: We provide reward program services. Stores register with us. Customers install app, see the stores and rewards available, avail rewards. We get a cut from the sales that used rewards program. It consists of 3 parts. 1. Web (runs on amazon cloud linux system) * Web backend written in java/jsp/jax-rs with mysql database * Provides services for the apps in the next section * Webapp that has following features --- for store owner ------ register for the reward program ------ once approved, view the list of customers enrolled, transactions (amount, reward points issued, expiry), filter and sort data, generate report by week/month ------ issue or correct reward points administratively (if missing points or some error) ------ change parts of the reward program (ex: increase or decrease percentage rewards earned) --- for admin of the rewards system ------ approve stores ------ view list of registered customers ------ view stores, aggregated reward points and sales for store (weekly/monthly) 2. Customer app - Android (mobile) --- Allows users to signup by entering phone number, then validate sms text sent to that number (sms gateway apis will be provided) --- Lists stores nearby (gps) that participate in program, and current offers --- filter stores based on few criteria --- Mention 3 parts in your bid so we know you read the full description and are serious --- On clicking a store, displays store info, offer details, rewards accumulated till now, rewards available for redemption --- Allows user to enter code (see next section for details) --- Redeem reward 3. Store app - Android (tablet 7" - 9") --- Allows store owners to sign in (using info [store name, user, pwd] from registration process - see 1) --- Store owner enters sale amount and clicks a button. App prints an 8 digit code using a pos receipt printer connected via wireless or bluetooth Additional info: The code printed on pos should be obtained by service backend. It should be randomly generated and should not exist already. The code, when generated will be associated with store along with sales amount, reward, date, time. Once code is entered by customer, it will be sent to backend through service, validated, and linked to user account. At this point service will also verify if rewards accumulated can be redeemed, deduct points and make them available for redemption along with an expiry date. Cron job that runs everyday to cleanup and expire the rewards/points past expiry.
