Russian JAVA DevOps Required for at least 6 months full time

Join a team which is responsible for maintenance and administration of our Cloud offering. You will support the team on their journey from physical system landscape to a cloud provider, investigating and implementing new infrastructure solutions and extending the automation of the operation process. Further, you will support new and existing on-site customer installations remotely or at the customer site. Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance. · Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. · Write well designed, testable, efficient code. · Ensure designs are following specifications. · Act as a trusted adviser to the customer on technical matters; · Able to set up development guidelines and methodologies; · Support pre-sales activities; · Work on projects executed across geographies and cultures · Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Job activity 30% Day-to-day maintenance work and troubleshooting 20% Improving and updating cloud automation process 15% Migrate hardware-based solution to cloud provider 15% Research and introduction of new tools 10% Installation of new on-prem Cloud instances 10% Documentation of the existing solution 50% of time work at customer site near Frankfurt (Germany). You need to be ready to travel 1 /1 or 2/2 weeks. Contract should be signed in Russia and you need to be ready to register as private entrepreneur to sign the contract with Russian legal entity of the employer. Work experience and Education · BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferable · At least 3 years of experience in hands-on Java software Development. · Experience with the Spring Framework · Experience in developing Integrating solutions and working with REST and SOAP web services. Using technologies like Spring integration and/or Apache Camel. · Experience with JavaScript frontend development knowledge of following technologies GWT, JQuery, AngularJS, TypeScript is a plus. · Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (Hibernate). Experience in noSQL technologies like Cassandra is a plus. · Experience with Agile methodologies specifically Scrum. · Experience with Groovy scripting is a big plus.
