Uncheck radio button should work if i pre set the value to checked="checked" too

I have a js script , where am select a group of radio button and if i click on it again , it gets unchecked , but for example i should be able to save the unchecked state and if i reopen the page the radio button should be checked and on one click it should uncheck , one part of my script is working , but if i close and reopen it doesnt , ask me if you have doubt
