ZeroCater Video embed OR CSS Animation to match video

We are looking to either include an existing video (with potential production work still needed) or use a CSS animation that matches the video animation as close as possible as part of our hero section of the new website. You can see the site in staging here: [login to view URL] The current solution uses a fade in/out carousel so the video or css animation would replace this section. We will provide all layered assets needed in whatever format is necessary. Video Requirements: - Optimized to the smallest size possible, without compromising quality. (ideally under 4MB in size) - Cross browser and cross devices compatible - Responsive, scales with every breakpoint (we can define sizes) - Background image as a starting placeholder while video loads - Background image in case video doesn’t play - MP4 format, 1080i resolution - Video should loop continuously - Verify video does not exhaust end user device resources CSS Animation: - Match the animation as close as possible to the video - Optimized to the smallest size possible, without compromising quality - Responsive, scales with every breakpoint (we can define sizes) - Video animation should loop continuously - Cross Browser, Cross Devices Compatible
