Joomla in IE, MENU AND SLIDE PROBLEM

Hello i had a project with COMPANY [url removed, login to view] AND THIS COMPANY LEFT ME WITHOUT A IE OR FIREFOX VERSION!
WHAT I NEED TO FIX IS THE FOLOWING:
1. NEED TO SHOW THE SUBMENU IN ALL BROWSERS OR INSTALL A NEW SUBMENU COMPONANT
2. I NEED TO SHOW WELL THE SLIDE IN IE, OR INSTALL ANOTHER RECOMENDED SLIDE THAT WILL LOOK LIKE IT IS NOW IN CHROME
3 I NEED TO FIX THE MENU AT RIGHT, SHOW WELL THE CARRUSELL AND WORK IN ROLLOVER and install last virtuemart files in spanish and english
