Make changes to Virtuemart Cart and checkout proccess

Good day,
I need changes to be made to the default cart of virtuemart on our website
Changes includes the following:
-Add PO Reference Number (Format = Alfa + Numeric) Mandatory fields
-Add Delivery Date (Format = Date) Mandatory fields
-Add Email Confirmation field Mandatory fields
-Remove pricing and total form cart
-Quantity of all products should add up and show a total at the bottom.
-selected shipment should be removed
-product price results should be removed
-discount should be removed
-change shoppergroups should be removed
-change shopper should be removed
On the confirmation page I need 2 lines removed.
-Payment method
-total
on the order information I need several changes;
-Order number should show below logo
-remove total
-remve discount
-remove total
