Meta Ads Specialist for Australian Company (Lead & Sales Focus)

Meta Ads Expert (Part-Time, Ongoing) Company: Sunny Days Developments (SDD) Type: Part-time virtual role Please Read This First: This role is not for juniors, trainees, or boosted-post operators. We are looking for a proven Meta Ads expert who has personally managed live campaigns, understands lead quality, and can clearly explain why campaigns perform or fail and what to do next. About Us: Sunny Days Developments is a premium property development brand operating across construction, design, and property services. We value performance, clarity, and accountability. We run multiple brands in the property and construction space and are scaling fast. The Role: You will own Meta Ads execution and optimisation. Your responsibilities include: • Building Meta ad campaigns from scratch • Structuring accounts correctly (testing → scaling) • Audience research, targeting, and retargeting • Monitoring CPL, lead quality, and performance trends • Troubleshooting and improving underperforming campaigns • Clear weekly performance summaries with insights and recommended actions Creative & Content: • We provide brand-approved ad creatives and messaging • As the Meta expert, you are expected to identify when new or adapted creatives are required and propose or create variations where data supports it • Final creative approval remains with SDD Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable): > Minimum 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience > Proven lead generation results (not eCommerce only) > Strong understanding of: • Campaign structure & scaling • Pixel & conversion tracking • Creative testing methodology • Audience optimisation > Able to work independently with minimal supervision > Clear, professional English communication Hours & Pay: • Part-time: approx. 10-20 hours per week • Rate: AUD $ based on proven experience • Long-term role for the right expert • Opportunity to increase hours, responsibility, and pay based on performance How to Apply: Please include 1.
