We are a dynamic media agency dedicated to crafting exceptional web design solutions for local businesses and professionals. We're on the hunt for a proactive and efficient Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary mission will be to fuel our sales pipeline by scheduling calls with potential clients. Cold calling will be the driving force behind our sales team's opportunities to present our innovative web design services. Key Responsibilities: Research to identify potential leads that could benefit from our web design services. Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and assess their fit for our services. Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, including calls made, emails sent, and appointments set, in our Notion workspace. Achieve and consistently exceed weekly targets of setting 5-10 qualified appointments. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Requirements: Fluent in English with minimal to no accent to ensure clear and professional communication with prospects. Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a media agency or B2B setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with LinkedIn and email marketing tools for lead generation and outreach. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
