Experienced Cold Caller for a Real Estate Company

Job Description:
Florida Property Solutions is hiring an experienced cold caller for prospecting to find motivated sellers in our Real Estate markets.
Candidates must have a professional, self-motivated attitude, be results oriented, and must be able to work independently as well as in a “team setting”. Strong sales skills are a must.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Meeting daily and weekly quotas and goals
- Call and screen prospective clients –this will include cold calling and texting.
- Excellent skills with Ready Mode. Experience working with REIsift is great!
- Track and report activity/numbers/score on weekly basis.
- Being able to communicate directly with the Acquisitions Manager about leads.
The right candidate will possess:
- 2 or more years of experience with cold calling, using ReadyMode/XenCall.
- A highly professional attitude.
- Starts and ends shift on time.
- Responds to the manager within timely manner.
- A competitive, “winning” spirit
- The desire to be accountable
- A caring and empathetic personality, a good sense of humor, and a propensity to smile.

This position offers hourly pay with bonuses.
