abused in Livingston Parish Correction, Covid not allowing switching of dorms

My friend was arrested a few days ago. I couldn't get the bond fast enough before a hold was put on her before. When paying and setting up her phone services with her, i was informed that she is being abused and is not safe with the other convicts. Last night inmates put Phenol in her food, and she was taken to the ER where no bloodwork was performed.. Her commissary was stolen, and she does not feel safe there. I called the booking department to fill them in on all the information i had obtained, and inquired if she could be moved to a different dorm at the facility. I was told they cannot move between dorms due to the covid exposure to the population amongst inmates. Is there any way I can get her pulled out until her court date? Can I retain anyone on this? I am extremely worried for her safety! (Livingston Parish LA)
