letting agency website

I am looking for an entirely new web site to be created,that has to be both creative,easy to use and very powerful. I will also need a logo creating to work with the name of the site. I also want users to be able to give me feed-back. Clients will gain access to the site into a secure area, by way of logging in. They're they will place pictures and information regarding property they are going to rent out(any number from 1-100+), certain types of 'adds' they will have to pay for, so i will need a payment method. The payment method will also have to include other services. Members will have to log in after paying a set subscription, for a set period of time, this then gives them access to the clients information on the property(s) that they have to let. The payment method will also have to handle other forms of services. A search component is required and also a cickable map to enable users to pin point areas on the map. taking them to the clients property imformation that they might be interested in. Members should also be able to post info on a notice board. I will need administrative console to manage user login imformation,usage data, and to display hits from clients and members.... I will also need rotating advertising spaces. 'TO TOP IT ALL' i need an inviting site that the public will want to use and come back to, with lots of imagination, a touch of flash plus more.......
