Hi, I have worked in AWS support for 2 years. I have hands on experiance with aws services. In your case i would suggest you to use WAF instead of blocking the request with ACL. Becuase ACL has limitation such as 20 rules per ACL. I can help you in setting up waf or block using ACL Thanks
