Install CentOS 7 with a public IP in Korea on KT/SKT

Job Description:
*Please read again that this is only for someone who is in Korea and has KT or SKT at home.
We need access to the local Korean internet to monitor performance for our client's Korean customers for at least 48 hours.
You'll need a fiberoptic/ethernet/wired connection to KT or SKT, (no VPS/IDC/Datacenter connections) any old quad-core computer that you install CentOS 7 on with SSH access and an IP straight from your ISP.
If the test goes well, it could be a larger, long-term project.
