I use hosted Vicidial for my regular telemarketing campaigns, however, I also need it on my laptop in order to perform test and for very small marketing and survey campaigns. Vicidial is already installed on my laptop and I can get it to ping any site, but cannot seem to pinpoint why it won't actually dial. I would also like to know if I can use it in my computer when I am not using the computer? or does it have to forcefully be through a virtual machine? I would also like to know if the PC can perform the dialing wireless mode or does it have to be through Ethernet cord? Processor Intel I-7 6500U. 260GB SSD, 16 Gb RAM. In other words, sin I am not a tech person, I am missing some little details, everything else is OK. For someone that knows what they are doing I don´t think this should take more than 5-15 minutes. I am an IT specialist with great VoIP skills. I have worked with Vicidial for the last 3 months. should be able to assist you as first as I can. I however cannot promise it will take 15 minutes. Time taken depends on the issue at hand. slightly more perhaps.
