A few years ago I had this problem and was related to some permissions when some security update happen in the server. I'll glad to work in your project. By the way what kind of server are you handle? Shared, VPS, Dedicate, Cloud? Is it commercial or owned by your company?

I have worked with CentOS since version 4 with enterprise experience. I have ran into this issue before and will likely be able to assist you in solving this issue. As I am only seeing client side errors, I will need to see the server side errors in /var/log/messages and /var/log/secure.
